1. Nature of the Service

Online coaching is a personal development service that includes guided conversation, supporting techniques, and assistance for the Client in addressing personal, professional, or life-related issues. Coaching is not psychotherapy, a healthcare service, a diagnostic service, or legal advice. The Client confirms that they are aware of the difference between coaching and therapeutic or healthcare services.

2. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data

  • The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all information provided by the Client during sessions.
  • This information will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s express consent, except as required by law.
  • The Client agrees to respect the confidentiality of the content of the sessions and not to share it with third parties.
  • The Client acknowledges that the Teams/Zoom/Google Meet platforms are operated by third parties and that the Coach is not responsible for their operation, security, or technical functioning.

3. Recording of Meetings

  • Online sessions are not recorded automatically.
  • Recording is permitted only with the mutual, written, and verifiable consent of both parties.
  • The recording is intended solely for the Client’s personal use and may not be further distributed, edited, or used for public purposes.
  • If the Customer stores the recording on their own device, they are responsible for its security.

4. Technical Requirements for Online Meetings

The Customer confirms that:

  • has a stable internet connection,
  • uses a functional device (PC, laptop, tablet, or phone),
  • has a private environment where they will not be disturbed,
  • understands that technical glitches may affect the course of the session.

The coach ensures:

  • professional meeting facilitation,
  • technical readiness on the coach’s part,
  • a secure connection via Teams/Zoom/Google Meet.

In the event of technical issues, the meeting will be rescheduled or repeated as agreed and in accordance with the rules set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.

5. Liability and Scope of Service

  • The client is solely and fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes that occur in their life following a coaching session.
  • The Coach does not provide legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.
  • Coaching is a supportive process that does not replace professional psychological or medical care.
  • The Client confirms that they are entering the process voluntarily and are mentally capable of participating in the coaching process.

  • has been properly informed of the terms and conditions for the provision of online coaching services,
  • understands the rules regarding confidentiality, recording, and technical requirements,
  • voluntarily agrees to participate in online coaching sessions,
  • agrees to the use of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet for the purpose of providing the Service.
